Directory Accuracy & Third-Party Information
Business listings on this Service are compiled from a combination of publicly available information and submissions from business owners and members of the public. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any listing — including hours, phone numbers, addresses, websites, or operating status — is accurate, complete, or up to date. Businesses close, move, and change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting, calling, or relying on any information shown here.
Inclusion of a business in this directory is not an endorsement, and exclusion or removal of a business is not a statement about its quality or legitimacy. Business names, logos, and trademarks referenced in listings remain the property of their respective owners.
Business Listing Submissions & Reports
- Anyone may submit a business for listing. Submissions are reviewed before publication and we may edit, decline, or delay publication of any submission at our sole discretion, including to correct factual errors or enforce these Terms.
- Anyone may report a listing as closed, incorrect, or otherwise in need of review using the in-app reporting tool. We review reports but do not guarantee a specific timeframe for action.
- We reserve the right to remove, edit, or decline to publish any listing at any time, for any reason, including at the request of the business owner or upon evidence that a business is closed or the listing is inaccurate.
- By submitting a listing or report, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
- Existing listings that were added by us, by another user, or discovered automatically may be "claimed" by signing in and requesting ownership. By submitting a claim, you represent that you are the owner, an employee, or an authorized representative of that business. Claims are reviewed before access is granted; we may decline or later revoke a claim at our sole discretion, including if we cannot reasonably verify it or if it appears fraudulent. Falsely claiming a listing you have no legitimate connection to is a violation of these Terms.
User Content License
If you submit a business listing, report, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for anything you submit.
Acceptable Use
- Don't submit false, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading listings or reports.
- Don't submit listings for businesses you have no legitimate connection to or knowledge of, other than accurate public information.
- Don't use the submission or reporting tools to harass, spam, or attempt to unfairly remove a legitimate competitor's listing.
- Don't scrape, bulk-extract, or republish the directory's contents without permission.
- Don't interfere with the Service, its ads, analytics, or security features.
Intellectual Property
- The Service's design, code, and original content are owned by TipityLabs.
- Individual business names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used here for directory and identification purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service's design or aggregated directory data without permission.
AI-Assisted Search
The Service may use an AI model (Google Gemini) to interpret natural-language search queries and match them to relevant listings. AI-generated matches are provided for convenience and may occasionally be imprecise or incomplete; they do not replace browsing the full directory.
Ads & Monetization
The Service displays advertisements served through the CleanMedia ad network and its partners. Ad providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Report abusive or misleading ads to support@tipitylabs.com.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any listing is current, complete, or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipityLabs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service — including reliance on any business listing's accuracy, availability, or operating status.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TipityLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submissions, reports, or misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the submission or reporting tools if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
